Job Summary
Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) responsible for testing the backend of a CCaaS solution, enhancing test automation, identifying and troubleshooting defects, and validating new features to ensure system stability and scalability. Requires 5+ years in software testing/QA, proficiency with Python (and JavaScript a plus), experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), backend/API/microservices testing, version control and bug-tracking tools, log analysis, MySQL or similar databases, and UNIX/Linux familiarity. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript (Nice to have)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
- Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
- Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
