Job Summary
Plan and execute automation projects including equipment optimization, expansions, and product changeovers, maintaining technical responsibility from concept through commissioning. Lead interdisciplinary teams in risk analyses and operational trials while ensuring reliable maintenance within GMP-regulated environments. Coordinate internal and external partners, monitor the maintenance budget, and manage continuous updates to plant documentation in SAP and COMOS. Oversee GMP-compliant change management and system care for defined EMR areas, providing technical mentorship to workshop and plant staff. Adhere strictly to GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur*in (ETH, FH, HF) in Elektro-, Automations- oder Systemtechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb, in der Instandhaltung oder im Anlagenbau in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Teamorientiertes Denken
- klare Kommunikation
- hohe Belastbarkeit
- Offen für neue Technologien und agile Arbeitsweisen
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, MES von Vorteil
