Job Summary
Translate R&D business and user requirements into scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions. Design, implement, test, and continuously improve automated workflows, AI-augmented data flows, and AI Agents. Ensure stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations. Operate and develop R&D collaboration and workflow tools (e.g. SharePoint, monday.com, SwiftKanban) with hands-on application support. Drive change adoption through onboarding, release communication, and user enablement. Collaborate with Nexperia IT, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Strong understanding of business process and R&D process automation
- Scripting languages (e.g. Python, VBA)
- Hands on experience with collaboration/workflow tools (SharePoint, monday.com, etc.)
- Excellent communication and networking skills in German and English
