Senior Auto Glass Installation Technician responsible for installing windshields and auto glass in shop or mobile units, calibrating ADAS systems, repairing chips, and delivering world-class customer service. Role requires 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience, ability to interpret technical specs, operate glass-handling tools, manage multiple glass types, read vehicle specifications, maintain professionalism, and meet physical demands (lift up to 50 pounds). Required Qualifications
- 2+ Year(s) automotive glass installation experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass MVR check
- proficiency with automotive glass tools and equipment
- read and interpret technical specifications
- strong customer experience skills
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in hot/cold weather
- telemetry-driven safety compliance (if applicable)
