Job Summary
Install windshields and auto glass in shop or from a mobile operation unit. Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems. Repair chips and other glass damage. Provide World Class customer service to our valued customers and vendors. Process payments from mobile customers. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience; valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check; read and interpret technical specifications; strong customer experience skills; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in hot/cold conditions. This role may involve driving duties monitored by telematics. 18+ years of age requirement. #LI-DNI #DBHVOL
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience
- Valid driver\'s license
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass
- Read and interpret technical specifications
- Strong customer experience skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Ability to operate as part of a mobile/ shop-based glass technician team
- Telematics-based driving monitored for safety compliance
