Job Summary
Install windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unit, and calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, and Forward Collision Alert. Repair chips and other glass damage, process payments from mobile customers, and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with a job well done. Maintain a professional appearance and provide world-class customer service to valued customers and vendors. This role requires a valid driver's license, MVR check, and 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience. You will work in state-of-the-art facilities or mobile units, potentially driving duties monitored by telematics. Required Qualifications
- 2+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
- Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass
- Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Strong customer experience skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time
- Must be able to perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
