Job Summary
Senior Auto Glass Installation Technician responsible for installing windshields and auto glass in shop or mobile units, calibrating vehicle electronics (ADAS, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert), repairing chips, delivering world-class customer service, handling payments from mobile customers, and maintaining a professional appearance. Requires 2+ years of automotive glass installation experience, valid driver’s license, ability to pass MVR, knowledge of glass techniques, ability to interpret technical specs, and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds) with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Includes uncapped commission opportunities, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
- Proficiency in managing and working with several types of automotive glass
- Strong knowledge of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Strong customer experience skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills and diligence
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
- Experience with ADAS calibration is preferred
