Job Summary
Create independent performance specifications using ORCA AVA and manage tenders across multiple trades for projects up to 30 million euros. Solicit bids, evaluate offers, generate price comparisons, and develop procurement recommendations while controlling costs and timelines. Coordinate closely with architects, specialists, and clients to prepare plans and schedule tender events. Contribute directly to process development and departmental expansion.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder der Architektur
- mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Ausschreibung
- Beherrschung der Leistungsphasen 6 bis 7
- routinierte Arbeit mit ORCA AVA
- Erfahrung mit größeren Projekten (ca. 20–30 Mio. € Volumen)
- Erfahrung im öffentlichen Bereich
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
