Job Summary
Senior Auditor, Technology at Columbia Sportswear Company focusing on Global Audit & Enterprise Risk Management. This hybrid role is based near Portland, Oregon, with a four-day in-office cadence and potential adjustments by the company. Responsible for evaluating cybersecurity risks and controls, delivering actionable findings, leading cybersecurity-focused risk assessments, and conducting audits across IAM, cloud security, data protection, IT governance, and system development. Collaboration with technology teams to support secure innovation in cloud, digital commerce, and emerging technologies, while aligning with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, and CIS Controls. Strong communication to leadership, adherence to Global Internal Audit Standards, and commitment to continuous improvement and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; or business degree with significant IT risk experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity audit, technology risk, or information security
- Strong, hands-on experience evaluating and testing cybersecurity controls and frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS Controls)
- Experience performing cybersecurity audits in complex enterprise environments, including IAM, cloud security, or data protection
- Familiarity with operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital commerce risk considerations
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
