Job Summary
Manage one or more client engagements simultaneously, ensuring overall success from planning through reporting and issuance of final reports. Organize and complete engagement tasks across diverse industries including not-for-profit, governmental, commercial, and employee benefit plans. Acquire strong working knowledge of client businesses and build relationships to gather information and resolve problems. Supervise, train, and mentor Audit Associates while preparing financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letter comments. Research and analyze financial statement and audit-related issues, developing audit programs, customized procedures, and budgets. Identify, communicate, and solve engagement and technical issues, communicating progress in a timely and organized manner. This hybrid role requires two days remote and three days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years public accounting auditing experience
- Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, technical and research skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics with recommended solutions
- This would be Hybrid 2 days remote, 3 in office
Desired Qualifications
- CPA license preferred, not required
- Experience with Pfx Engagement preferred, not required
