Job Summary
Senior Auditor at a financial services firm responsible for conducting operational and integrated audits, evaluating internal controls, developing audit findings and recommendations, communicating findings to management, and driving closure of open audit issues through collaboration with business owners. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; familiarity with COSO, IIA standards, and data-analytics tools (TeamMate, ACL, Excel/macros) is a plus; strong written/verbal communication and project management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or public accounting
- Understanding of COSO frameworks, risk assessment practices, and IIA standards
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and excel in collaboration
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
