Job Summary
Senior Internal Auditor/Officer based in Ireland (Dublin 2 or Kilkenny) performing audit work in line with risk-based methodology and IIA standards to assess controls across fund services (fund accounting, transfer agency, depositary services). Responsible for obtaining evidentiary data, drafting audit issues with root cause analysis, reviewing corrective actions, and onboarding/coaching junior staff. Develop understanding of internal State Street products/processes, build relationships with audit clients, contribute to change initiatives, and participate in day-to-day responsibilities in a predominantly office-based role with flex work opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting, Internal Auditing, or other relevant industry experience
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g. ACA, CFA, CIA) preferred
- Experience executing or auditing fund service providers preferred
- Experience in auditing information technology general controls
