Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day tactical execution of audit and advisory engagement projects, adjusting plans to meet established budgets and timelines. Provide first-level review of work paper documentation and prepare formal audit reports while assessing corrective actions for governance and control issues. Partner with project managers to discuss results and recommendations, assist less experienced auditors with regulatory interpretations, and track project status to leadership. Participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage organizational knowledge to apply industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Operations, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in auditing, accounting, operations, or IT
- Knowledge of audit standards and the financial industry
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Strong English communication skills (B2-C1)
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.)
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, or other process improvement methods
