Job Summary
Plan and execute audits of various processes and locations, both U.S. and international. Compile and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources such as SAP, payroll, and financial databases. Partner with peers to create risk assessment analyses for proposed audits of entities, processes, or critical systems. Prepare and present audit findings to leadership and business stakeholders while identifying and communicating risk and control themes. Assist with investigations as requested and demonstrate high soft and presentation skills. This role requires at least three years of relevant finance or audit experience and 15–35% travel to international and U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience relevant to Finance, Audit or Accounting
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting, or relevant area of study
- 15 – 35% travel to AbbVie's international and U.S. locations
- In office/face-to-face interaction at company's head office and audit locations (hybrid)
- Ability to 'coach others', and 'be coached' (by peers, management, and partners)
