Job Summary
Senior Auditor to conduct medical claims data analysis, forensic investigations, financial damages, statistical sampling, and ability-to-pay analyses for government investigations and litigation. Responsibilities include analyzing complex personal and business financial records to identify payments, kickbacks, assets, and value of damages; calculating ability-to-pay settlements and judgments (debt covenants, earnings, financial ratios, aging schedules, tax considerations, collectability, and payment terms); identifying related party transactions; analyzing healthcare claims and other data; creating financial damage models; conducting asset valuation and records reconstruction; developing computerized models to present financial evidence; reporting findings to attorneys and investigators; reviewing defense presentations and expert reports; working with independent experts; preparing expert reports for litigation; participating in negotiations and testifying as required; and conducting training and presentations on data analysis tools and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, and/or health care fraud analysis
