Senior Auditor

Senior Auditor with responsibility for owning and managing a portfolio of audits across all areas of the Co-op, developing a deep understanding of processes and culture, challenging partners to implement corrective actions, creating concise reports for senior leaders, driving high-quality delivery within planned timescales, and leveraging audit technology, data analytics and automation to improve methodology. The role involves collaborating with multiple business areas (e.g., Food, Funeralcare, Legal Services) in a hybrid working arrangement based in Manchester, UK, and requires audit experience plus a relevant internal audit or finance qualification, strong project and time management, and excellent communication skills to own audits end-to-end.
