Job Summary
Audit Manager responsible for audits of national and international license partners onsite and remote; review of revenue reports and contract obligations; analyze business processes and identify deviations or risks; create structured audit reports with recommendations; follow up on actions; continuously develop audit standards, methods and tools; close collaboration with Legal, Finance and Partner Management.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Audit, Compliance oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lizenz- oder Franchisemodellen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft im Umfang von ca. 30% der Arbeitszeit (Europa)
