Senior Audit Manager

Manage assurance engagements from start to finish, including reviewing workpapers, financial statements, and preparing assurance files for director review. Develop and maintain relationships with client management while establishing value expectations and planning engagement objectives that comply with professional standards. Participate in performing audit procedures, particularly for complex or specialized issues, and collaborate with tax consultants on interdisciplinary cooperation. Conduct timely performance reviews, provide feedback and training, and delegate work to team members. Develop people by encouraging independent thinking and take responsibility for contributions. Stay informed of general business and economic developments to assess their impact on clients, while maintaining professional education and sharing knowledge through technology. Build long-term internal and external networks within the Cincinnati office serving US-inbound international businesses.
