Job Summary
Senior Audit Manager, Practices - Quality Assurance (Hybrid) leads coordination and execution of QA reviews for technology audit teams, drives quality-improvement initiatives, and communicates with audit leadership. Builds relationships with audit teams, mentors staff, and designs/implements operational QA processes aligned with Capital One’s audit methodology. Demonstrates strong critical thinking, data/evidence-based judgment, and a focus on quality and timely delivery within an agile, technology-focused audit environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of information technology experience (operations, software delivery, access management, information security)
- At least 5 years of experience leading technology audits and performing in the role of auditor-in-charge
