Job Summary
Prepare financial statements, organize work papers, maintain open items lists, and conduct self-reviews before submission. Lead client relationship management, develop proposed solutions for issues, and analyze information according to client circumstances. Master firm software and research tools to complete complex tasks autonomously under tight deadlines. Train, monitor, and develop associates while seeking feedback to improve service quality and accuracy. Work extended hours during peak periods as needed.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree in accounting
- Adequate semester units to sit for the CPA exam
- Minimum one year as assurance associate or equivalent work experience
- Ability to lead, prioritize, thrive, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Superior client service with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task)
