Job Summary
Senior Audit Associate to support the Finance team in the Record-to-Report (RTR) function. Responsibilities include preparing and posting month-end journal entries (accruals, revenue recognition, allocations), supporting timely month-end close, performing balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining general ledger integrity, investigating variances, preparing adjusting entries, supporting audits (including APACx engagements) from planning to completion, reviewing audit working papers, communicating findings and recommendations to management, ensuring engagements stay within budget and deadlines, ensuring alignment with Local GAAP, and conducting risk assessments to develop audit procedures. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 2 years in RTR or shared services, 4 years in auditing with IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, strong GL experience, reconciliations, Advanced Excel, and solid communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in RTR, General Ledger, or a shared services environment
- 4 years of audit experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Solid hands-on experience with general ledger accounting
- Proven experience performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting or data analysis tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
