Job Summary
Senior Audit Associate contributing to all phases of audit and assurance engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and completion; prepares and finalizes financial statements and management letters; analyzes engagement performance, budgets, and procedures; identifies opportunities for improvement; communicates insights to clients; researches technical accounting issues; builds client relationships; mentors junior staff; assists with recruiting and firm engagement initiatives; participates in internal training and professional development; contributes to team culture and ethics; occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or actively pursuing certification
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong understanding of audit and accounting principles
