Job Summary
Senior AV Technician responsible for managing classroom operations (in-person and online), leading design/implementation of AV solutions, managing client experience for audio visual technologies, and supporting enterprise initiatives. Will install, configure, operate, troubleshoot enterprise AV equipment; coordinate with stakeholders on placement and integration of lighting, audio, recording, and conferencing; support media distribution for in-person and online engagements; resolve technical issues across classroom, academic, event, and instructional technology; produce reports and liaise across campus departments; lead initiatives to identify emerging technologies; may require after-hours or weekend support; emphasize outstanding customer service; requires BS/BA and relevant AV integration experience (preferably in higher education); strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay based on experience.
