Job Summary
Senior Attorney Manager to lead and mentor a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff across Texas offices (San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, Houston), overseeing case development from intake through trial and/or resolution in alignment with firm standards and client interests. Responsibilities include client meetings and strategy discussions, case development and evaluation, drafting and sending demand letters, negotiating settlements, filing lawsuits, managing discovery, reviewing medical records, motion practice and court hearings, preparing for and conducting depositions, and trial preparation through conclusion or settlement. Requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, active Texas Bar license, and prior Texas personal injury experience; minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred. Relocation assistance is available.
