Job Summary
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and support staff through every stage of case development, from intake to trial or resolution. Oversee comprehensive case handling including client meetings, strategy discussions, demand letter drafting, settlement negotiations, lawsuits, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Ensure thorough case evaluation and timely task completion aligned with firm standards and client interests. Requires a J.D. and active Texas Bar license with extensive personal injury litigation experience. Based in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, or Houston with a base salary of $250,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense)
- Proven experience with Texas personal injury law, including pre-litigation, litigation processes, and trial
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Bar license
- Active Texas Bar license
