Job Summary
Manage an independent caseload from inception to resolution and foster client relationships within the maritime and admiralty practice. Provide strategic guidance to team members and contribute to the continued growth of the firm. Lead and expand a team of attorneys and support staff while leveraging existing industry contacts to drive business development. Compensation reflects leadership responsibilities and business generation capabilities. This role supports a well-established law office in North Miami, FL, offering medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance alongside a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Demonstrated experience in maritime and/or admiralty law
- Proven ability to generate business through existing relationships or contacts
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Ready to take on a leadership role within the practice
