Senior Attorney - General Liability

Job Summary
The Senior Attorney role requires independently managing defense litigated cases focused on premises liability and third-party insurance defense with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include managing case strategy, trial preparation, client communications, and business development within Florida courts. The attorney will serve as first chair in jury trials, conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and maintain client relationships. Candidates must have a J.D., active Florida Bar membership, and extensive experience in related legal matters.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 7 years of Bar admission
- At least 5 years of experience in general liability, third-party insurance defense, and premises liability
- Demonstrated first-chair trial experience
- Significant experience taking and defending expert depositions
