Senior Attorney, Commercial leading/overseeing legal projects and workstreams related to complex commercial transactions; negotiating and advising on terms for product and service sales; advising on legal risks, pricing and business strategies for commercial deals; reviewing and revising business documents; collaborating with finance, commercial, business development, product marketing, and other teams; developing and improving contracting processes with customers, vendors, and collaborators; 5+ years of related legal experience with a J.D.; CA bar; hybrid in San Diego with 2-3 in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school in the United States
- Member of the CA bar or able to practice as an in-house attorney under CA out-of-state attorney rules
