Job Summary
Lead ATMP-GMP projects from requirement analysis through regulatory implementation, managing end-to-end planning, coordination, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and process optimization. Direct project teams with clear orientation and motivation, fostering collaborative environments while actively contributing to project acquisition by presenting expertise and developing client-winning concepts. Provide strategic consulting to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on GMP compliance, equipment qualification, and system validation within highly regulated settings. This role sits within the Valicare GmbH team, supporting customers in achieving their production and packaging goals through innovative lifecycle solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Hochschulstudium (Diplom/Master) mit Promotion in Naturwissenschaften (bevorzugt Pharmazie, Biologie oder Biotechnologie) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Position in der GMP-regulierten Industrie, einer Forschungseinrichtung oder einer Hochschule
- Erfahrung in Qualifizierung/Validierung oder ATMP-GMP-Prozessentwicklung
- Richtliniensicherheit sowie tiefgehende, praxisnahe Kenntnisse der EU-GMP-Anforderungen
- Auditorenqualifikation
