Job Summary
Provide air traffic operations support and policy/procedures development, implementation, and approval for NAS operations; interact with ARTCCs, TRACONs, and towers for operations and procedures issues; support capacity and efficiency improvements through policy guidance and new/revised procedures; assist with system acquisitions, contribute to Concept of Operations (ConOps), and support Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) and Computer-Human-Interface (CHI) activities; contribute to working groups, communicate effectively in oral and written form, and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment with knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of FAA or DoD ATC operational experience
- Proficient with MS Office or similar products
- Strong ATC procedures background
- Experience as an On-the-Job-Training (OJT) instructor or new system training development
- Experience with the FAA Safety Risk Management (SRM) process
- Knowledge of the FAA interagency or lines of business structure
