Job Summary
Senior Assurance Manager oversees the engagement and workflow of audits, reviews and compilations for multiple clients, reviews workpapers to ensure firm and professional standards are met, and leads client relationships and business development. Responsibilities include leading and signing off on engagements, mentoring managers and staff, developing proposals, managing budgets and billing, and coordinating engagement administration. Requires 8+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA or equivalent certification, and travel occasionally. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teammate, Suralink, and Pfx Engagement is required; a CPA is required. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality work, client satisfaction, and opportunity development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other applicable certification
- Eight plus years of related experience
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer and ability to remain stationary
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teammate, Suralink, and Pfx Engagement
