Job Summary
Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues within Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll modules. Interact with clients frequently to manage deliverables and support implementation projects as a Fusion HCM executive. Leverage hands-on expertise in Personalization, workflow, and Design Studio to address specific work efforts. Required experience includes 5 to 7 years in HRIT tools with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional and 1 completed implementation project. Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards, SQL, and additional Fusion modules is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIT Tools and processes
- Relevant experience should be a minimum of 2 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional
- Should have done at least 1 implementation projects as a Fusion HCM executive
- Core HR, Absence, Talent or Payroll (must to have)
Desired Qualifications
- any other HR tools like People soft,SAP,Darwinbox or EBS
- Compensation, Benefit + any other Fusion HCM Module (Good to have)
- Talent or ORC, Helpdesk, Learn or work life solutions or fusion communications or fusion advance control (Good to have)
- Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards or SQL skills would be an added advantage
