Senior Associate - Workforce Design

Senior Associate Workforce Design at PwC drives design of function houses, roles, and compensation structures, translating organizational goals into concrete designs for jobs and skills. Works within Workforce Transformation team on projects at the intersection of organization, work, and rewards; leverages AI tools and SMEs across diverse disciplines; leads (sub)workstreams, ensures quality and planning, and collaborates with stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining job families, role descriptions, and job evaluations (e.g., STRATA); developing and implementing job- and skills-frameworks and competency models with an eye to future ways of working and AI impact; conducting analyses on equal work for equal pay, interchangeability, and impact analyses to support reorganizations; analyzing market data to translate into coherent pay structures and proposals. Requirements include a university degree (preferred in HR), several years of experience in job descriptions and compensation, ability to connect organization design with HR processes like compensation, strategic workforce planning, training, and performance management; willingness to learn across disciplines; strong communication in English and Dutch; ability to work in an international environment.
