Job Summary
Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls and work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in security and controls areas. Supervise Associates on engagements and lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls. Help coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase of the team. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Requires minimum two years of recent experience implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday implementation experience. Ability to travel 80%.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent experience or two or more full lifecycle engagements implementing Financials or Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management
- Project or team lead experience within a consulting firm
- demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
- Desire to grow skills and knowledge and become an expert with Workday security and controls
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while taking accountability and resolving issues
- Ability to Travel 80%
