Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations - 3rd Shift

Manage inventory accuracy by controlling product holds, profiling incoming goods, and resolving inbound and outbound discrepancies. Drive efficient picking and replenishment through strategic slotting based on product characteristics and expiration dates. Monitor quality metrics including damaged product and cycle counts, while communicating with supervisors and vendors to secure supplies and address operational errors. Investigate variances between physical counts and WMS records, documenting issues and ensuring timely customer shipments. Provide guidance to team members on complex tasks and assist with warehouse audits to support operational excellence initiatives.
