Job Summary
Execute IPO execution duties by ensuring correctness and timeliness of deliverables, conducting readiness assessments, defining workstreams, and tracking status with stakeholders. Assist the IPO team in project execution, market data research, and new product development while coordinating transactions with bankers, lawyers, and regulators. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to support client needs. Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or financial services, proficiency in English and Chinese, and strong project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related fields
- At least 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in share registry, finance, financial services
- Strong analytical client services and project execution skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fluency in Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Listing Rules, IPO processes, securities markets and settlement logistics
