Senior Associate at Voya India (subsidiary of Voya Financial) in Noida, hybrid work. Responsible for processing participants plan level transactions with strict adherence to client confidentiality and SLAs; research queries from business partner’s transaction processing client support teams and respond promptly; collaborate with onshore partners to build professional relationships; participate in process improvements and automation; demonstrate excellent process skills to identify and prioritize high-value transactions; requires graduate qualification, strong communication and analytical abilities, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility to work night shifts when needed.
