Job Summary
Lead and oversee reviews of US individual income tax returns; demonstrate strong US tax technical knowledge; manage the engagement team to meet performance, turnaround, and quality goals; identify and develop new services for the service line; mentor and supervise Associates and Specialists; demonstrate leadership and executive presence; ensure compliance with confidentiality/data privacy policies and internal engagement guidelines; communicate progress to stakeholders; engage with foreign offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
- MBA
- 2-4 years in US Individual Taxation in a recognized firm or a Big4
