Job Summary
Manage and oversee a caseload, ensuring cases progress seamlessly from inception to trial. Conduct depositions with precision and thoroughness while working up cases for trial. Settle cases efficiently and diligently work files to keep clients apprised regularly. Leverage knowledge of New York CPLR and litigation to navigate cases effectively, advocating passionately on behalf of the injured to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience, a New York State Bar membership, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload. The position is on-site at the firm's Queens, NY office.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
- New York State Bar membership and state license to practice law in good standing
- solid understanding of personal injury law/tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, and NY CPLR
- ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
- diligent and Responsible
