Job Summary
Senior Associate on the Canada Treasury Services Product team responsible for shaping product offerings across the lifecycle from concept to launch and scale. Responsibilities include collaborating with product owners to develop strategies and roadmaps for treasury services, managing end-to-end product lifecycle, supporting change management and regulatory adherence, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, developing product collateral, monitoring KPIs and trends to inform roadmaps and revenue opportunities, driving process improvements for efficiency and resiliency, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and addressing product inquiries. Must have a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience; strong data analysis, communication, and proficiency with MS Office tools are required.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, treasury services, payments, or cash management within financial services.
