Job Summary
Conduct diligence review and closing for flow and bulk residential loan acquisitions, including loan re-underwriting, analysis, and submission process management. Collaborate with commercial teams and external partners to ensure compliance with closing schedules and document submissions. Manage timely receipt and delivery of third-party reports, maintain office pipeline reports, and evaluate complex situations to propose solutions. Make judgment-based decisions on the operations function while anticipating potential issues and communicating proactively with management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance, or equivalent education and related training
- 5+ years of direct transaction management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and drive to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Maturity and self-confidence to simultaneously handle a variety of assignments
- Ability to work harmoniously with internal/external workers/customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior history of working in a high-volume loan production office
