Job Summary
As a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services, you will be responsible for examining historical trends and fluctuations, identifying issues for purchase price adjustments, deal restructuring, and post-acquisition improvements. You'll assist clients in recognizing transaction issues, develop long-term business relationships, and manage the report-writing process. Key qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in accounting or finance, a relevant bachelor's degree or MBA, and public accounting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years related accounting or finance work experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA
- Public accounting experience
- Flexibility to travel, as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
Desired Qualifications
- Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
- CPA is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel
- Experience working with diverse teams
