Job Summary
Maintain centralized training tools, templates, and documentation while identifying outdated materials for improvement. Support the execution of company-wide development programs, including the relaunch of internal training initiatives and administration of the Gallup Strengths program. Assist Retail teams with seasonal training, new store openings, and onboarding logistics, traveling up to 20% of the time to support field adoption. Administer new hire training in Rippling, track completion, and manage benefits roll-out programs. Partner with leadership to translate L&D plans into clear schedules and resources, while answering general employee HR questions. Report directly to the HR Director in a hybrid role at Bombas HQ in New York City, with regular travel to retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting training, learning, or enablement programs
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfort working with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance
- Comfort administering recurring people-facing programs (e.g., onboarding, engagement surveys, recognition programs)
- Willingness to travel regularly to retail locations
