Job Summary
Senior Associate to Principal-level Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary ground-engineering and geo-environmental projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle (design and construction), overseeing schedules, costs, risks, and revenue, engaging stakeholders (clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, end-users), contributing to proposals and business development, mentoring junior engineers, and championing health, safety, environment, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical engineering or tailings management are highly regarded
- Professional project management experience, ideally with PMP certification
- Proven track record managing multidisciplinary projects in construction or civil infrastructure
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, estimating, and cost management
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
