Senior Associate

Senior Associate in Transfer Agency responsible for supporting the Team Manager, ensuring efficient section operations, guiding junior staff, and managing a portfolio of clients. Key duties include interpreting fund documentation and regulations (AML), coordinating workloads, training Administrators, overseeing quality and timelines, preparing outgoing correspondence and presentations to a high standard, liaising with clients, assisting with Investment, Call and Distribution processes, bookkeeping and ledger review, ensuring effective client issue remediation, participating in regular team meetings, and contributing to procedural updates and workflow improvements. Skills include proactive problem solving, client communication, time management, leadership and supervision of staff, ability to work under pressure, strong IT skills, and general banking knowledge. Target vocational qualifications such as ICSA, IDFA, AAT, CAT or similar are noted as desirable.
