Senior Associate Testing Engineer

Job Summary
Lead testing activities for software applications and solutions within the Clinical Trial Operations and Site Engagement product teams. Create test scripts by participating in requirement discussions and build scripts per project plans while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. Conduct formal and informal testing, consolidate findings, and coordinate with developers to resolve issues. Perform regression testing to verify system functionality and identify technical challenges or bugs. Communicate risks and contingency plans to project management to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance. Support the creation and implementation of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Computer Science/Information Systems & Agile Software Development methodologies
- Good hands-on knowledge of end to end software testing & validation processes
- Good Experience with testing methodologies and automation practices
- Experience with testing tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience in conducting testing activities in GxP systems
- Good Problem-solving skills - Identifying and fixing bugs, adapting to changes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experienced in Agile methodology and ceremonies
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of life science domain
- Experience in Risk-based Approach to Change Management of Validated GxP Systems (Risk Based Validation approach)
- Working knowledge of SQL scripting
- Experience in Risk based Quality Management (RBM/RBQM) systems
- Working knowledge of automation testing
- Experience in Veeva validation management (VVM tool)
- Experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS & GCP
