Job Summary
Senior Associate Territory Manager for The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer in Kansas City, MO. Provide on-site clinical consultation during procedures, conduct consultative sales calls to urology physicians and staff, educate PCPs on the standard of care, identify and qualify sales targets, and develop territory plans for growth. Collaborate with clinical and medical affairs for regional enrollment in peer-to-peer programs; manage CRM/vendormate records and ensure compliance. Travel 50-60% to support customers, education, and account maintenance; demonstrate strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills and contribute to a collaborative, ethical, high-achieving team.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- 1 Year Clinical/Sales Experience
- 1 Year Medical Device Experience
- Must be mobile and willing to travel
