Senior Associate, Talent Sourcing

Job Summary
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build clear candidate profiles and translate them into targeted search strategies. Own top-of-funnel sourcing for internal and portfolio roles by mapping markets, researching talent, and building deep pipelines. Collaborate with the technology team to deploy scalable recruiting workflows and applications, while utilizing an AI tech stack for research, sourcing, evaluation, and engagement. Develop creative strategies to discover non-traditional talent across niche roles and geographies, and manage personalized outreach and candidate responses. Track pipeline health metrics including channel effectiveness, response rates, and conversion to continuously iterate on sourcing tactics. This role is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid schedule of three days per week overlapping US time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of sourcing or research experience
- ideally in a startup, venture, or high-growth technology environment
- A core focus on technical sourcing
- proven ability to identify, engage, and evaluate in-demand engineering and technical talent
- High proficiency with AI tools like Claude
