Job Summary
Facilitate a full cycle recruitment experience across Investments and non-investments roles within Europe & Asia by partnering with business leaders and hiring managers. Formulate hiring plans and sourcing strategies, then track progress against annual targets while managing and executing all approvals for internal, international transfers, and external lateral hires. Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners to proactively review and define the Diversity and Inclusion agenda, developing strategies to meet short and long-term goals. Requires 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally within financial services or investments, with a Bachelor's degree. Based in Singapore, this role supports a global infrastructure investment pioneer with over 20 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
