Job Summary
Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for Tech/Non-Tech/Support positions of varying levels. Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruiting experience. Engage with talent using tools such as LinkedIn and social media, manage candidate engagement, and support routine process-related activities. Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with an MBA, strong communication, sourcing skills, and a customer service focus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Tech/Non-tech/Support Hiring.
- Graduate preferably MBA.
- A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Tech/Non-tech/Support roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics.
- Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
